A block of rooms is available from August 21st to August 23rd at the Park Place Hotel & Conference Center in Traverse City. These rooms are available until July 22nd and are refundable without attrition.

If you decide to stay elsewhere, we recommend staying somewhere where you can easily get to the Park Place Hotel for the trolley pick up and drop off.

There are three ways to book a room at Park Place:

1. Call the hotel directly, at 231-946-5000, option #2022 to speak with someone.

2. Email [email protected] to request a reservation, providing the following information:

• Group block code: MCW24
• First and last name of guests who will be staying in the room.
• Check in date and check out date (August 21-23)
• Phone number where you can be reached to provide credit card information
• Specific requests/requirements (e.g., two beds, adjoining room, accessible room)
